Holy Yoga:  Holy Yoga is a one hour class that takes place on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 starting September 11th 2024 through April 2025.  The class consists of a breathing exercise at the beginning (to get our minds focused on the present moment), flow yoga (Vinyasa), and ending with a relaxation and a scripture verse or a focus like gratitude.  Throughout the class we listen to contemporary Christian music and instrumental music to create a relaxed, but working environment.  The studio will be open 15 minutes before class for yoga students to get settled in.  There are no physical requirements.  Yoga poses can be modified to make it harder or easier.  The cost per class is $10, paid on the day of the class or paid in advance for future classes.  If you have children in dance, you will receive the family discount.
